Every sports club, every user in fact, has their own nuances, we all run our clubs slightly differently just as we all interact with the web slightly differently. The more you can tell us about these nuances the easier it is to make Clubhouse truely custom and extensible, so that it can work for everyone. Is Clubhouse missing a feature which could really make an impact on your club? Does it work in a way that you wouldn't expect? Have you found a problem? Please tell us!!

There is a small blue button on the top right of every page, "Help and Support", simply click this and enter your issue in there. We'll do our best to respond promptly and either fix the issue, explain how a feature is intended to work or schedule some time to look at your suggestion. Just think, if you have something to tell us about, many more people probably have the same issue aswell, be the one to tell us and make Clubhouse better for everyone.

Spread the word

If Clubhouse has made an impact on your club, why not tell other clubs about it? Your opposition is a good place to start... While it might seem odd to consider giving the opposition anything, put simply, the more people who use Clubhouse the better Clubhouse gets. Each new club allows us to achieve proportionally more than we otherwise would have done, as every club benenfits from new features and improvements. Here's a couple of ways you can spread the word:

Why not send an email to each team in your league telling them about your experiences of Clubhouse? Either that, or the next time you you play them you can simply point out that your side all arrived on time, and while they're trying to find replacements mention Clubhouse... we'll let you decide!

Represent the community

One of the greatest things about sports clubs is that because they are often the centre of communities they unite people of all ages, creeds and nationalities, which, by definition, means we get every possible type of user you could imagine on Clubhouse, from octogenerians who have never used a computer before to small children who take it all in their stride. We're very proud that Clubhouse isn't simply a piece of software that is the preserve of "technically literate" clubs, which is why we do everyhing possible to make Clubhouse easy to use. A large part of this is the role of Community Representative. These are people who know what its like to use Clubhouse, and can share their experience with others. This can be in many ways, from helping new clubs through the conversion process with some hints and tips to having a quick chat on the phone with an interested club to assuage any concerns.
